The Institute for Art and Olfaction is in downtown LA, at L.A. Mart between LA Live and USC.
Our address is:
Suite 1122 (11th floor of LA Mart)

Entry: For weekend entry, you must use the side staff and weekend entrance, which is located about 20 feet to the left of the main entrance when facing the building from the big chair. A guard will be stationed there to let you in, and will point you in the direction of the elevators.

There is ample metered street parking in the neighborhood around L.A. Mart. There is also a paid parking lot that belongs to the building, accessible from Broadway St. just half a block south-east of Washington Blvd. It’s hard to miss: There’s a huge wooden chair scuplture in the middle of the lot.

The First FRAGments Event

FRAGments is honored to be hosting its first event at the studio of artist Clare Graham in Highland Park, Los Angeles.  Clare's intricately crafted creations are unique and eclectic, deriving their forms from materials that are either found or purchased in bulk at flea markets.  Mingled with his collection of sculptural curiosities are artifacts from different cultures and times so that stepping into his space is like stepping into an alternate universe.  In many ways, Moryork is the visual embodiment of the complex art of the perfumer.

We hope you can join us at this event where there will be a salon type discussion with the perfumer artists followed by a reception and a collective pop-up shop.  Come experience Clare Graham's studio and olfactory art while refreshing yourself with fragrant delights and live music.  We hope to breathe life into your collective consciousness!
